As President of the Professional Police Officers Association of Odessa (PPOA), it is my honor to welcome you and to share our commitment to the officers who serve this community and the residents who depend on them.
Every day, the men and women of the Odessa Police Department demonstrate courage, professionalism, and dedication. Our association exists to ensure they are supported, represented, and equipped to meet the challenges of modern policing. We advocate for fair working conditions, quality training, and the resources necessary to keep both our officers and our community safe.
But our mission extends beyond representation. We believe strongly in building trust, strengthening relationships, and fostering positive engagement with the people of Odessa. Through community programs, charitable efforts, and open communication, we strive to bridge gaps, encourage dialogue, and work together toward a safer and more united city.
I am proud of the work our officers do and grateful for the continued support from our community and partners. The PPOA remains committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service—today and in the years to come.
